Booking policies

  • Online booking is usually the easiest way to find an appointment that fits with your schedule. If any extra help is needed or you don’t see an appointment that fits your schedule, we are available through call or text.

  • Late cancellations and No Shows are defined as any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and will result in a forfeited 20% deposit, or a 20% charge to the card on file if a deposit was not previously paid.

  • Appointments are booked back-to-back on a tight schedule. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may have their appointment cancelled, as late arrivals cannot always be accommodated. We always do our best to stay on schedule for all clients. Late arrivals will not have their deposit refunded, and a no-show charge may apply.

  • All services and deposits are non refundable. Appointment rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance have the opportunity to transfer the deposit to the rescheduled appointment.

  • Clients must disclose any allergies, medications, skin conditions, or recent treatments (retinoids, Accutane, chemical peels, etc.) prior to service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or contraindications to treatment.

Product / shipping Policies

  • Processing Time
    Orders are processed after payment has been received and verified. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier fulfillment schedules. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

    Shipping Rate
    We currently offer a flat rate standard shipping fee of $12 per order within the United States.

    Estimated Delivery Times
    Many of our products are fulfilled directly through our professional skincare suppliers to ensure freshness and authenticity.

    Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

    • Skin Script products: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

    • Professional Korean skincare products: Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

    These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on supplier processing times, shipping carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

    Order Tracking

    Once tracking information is provided by the fulfillment partner or shipping carrier, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received your tracking information and have questions or concerns, please email us directly.

    Shipping Delays
    While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances once the order has been shipped.

    Incorrect Shipping Information
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • All products sold through this website are professional-grade skincare products intended for personal use. Results may vary depending on individual skin type, condition, and home care routine.

  • Full ingredient lists are provided on the product packaging in accordance with applicable cosmetic labeling regulations. Because formulations may occasionally change, clients should always refer to the product packaging for the most accurate and up-to-date ingredient information. Clients with allergies or sensitivities should carefully review ingredient information prior to use. If a full ingredient list is needed prior to purchase, we would be happy to provide it to you.   • Professional skincare products may contain active ingredients. A patch test is recommended before full application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. By purchasing products from this website, the customer accepts responsibility for proper product use and for reviewing ingredient information provided on product packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 15 days of product delivery to be eligible.

  • If a product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
